Nihal Wins Place in Chess Jamboree

Nihal has been playing tremendously well over the past few months. He has skillyfully outplayed the best in his year at school, and is now joint top in his year. Infact all top 3 chess players(Nihal/Sam/Fletcher) from Nihal's school are now members of the local schools Chess Jamboree tournament.

The tournament starts on Saturday 3rd February.

Currently Nihal is reading Yasser Seirawan's Winning Chess Openings. Little does Nihal realise that he has been artfully deploying some tantalising openings as of recently.

He is drawing on a regular occasion with his dad, and must keep this momentum going. Good luck son.
